Guy was my first friend. We grew up together at Churchill School. We walked to and from school together and then road the bus to GEJH and Glenbard West. We played every day after school. He was a great friend. He was the printer for our class reunions and I enjoyed working with him. He will be missed.

I first met Guy in kindergarden and we navigated together through Glenbard West until we had to become adults and get real jobs. We reconnected several years later at a fire in Glen Ellyn, his team was putting it out and I was directing traffic. Guys going to be missed by all that knew him.

Absolute hardest thing has been losing my twin brother Guy. We lost Guy to Glioblatoma brain cancer last Father's day June 20th, 2021.

We grew so close through the years after losing our parents 3 months apart when we were 15 then losing our sister 18 years ago.

We never lived more than minutes from each other and his children became mine and my son was every bit Guys son. His wife Kathi Kowal is an absolute ray of sunshine in our lives and we are forever grateful for her.   As most know it was never easy to get Guy as excited about reunions as I was but the last reunion he came to he was so welcomed by our classmates and enjoyed it so much that I know if he would have still been here he would join us for the 50th.

I would like to ask our classmates to please rememeber Guy and say a prayer for him.broken heart
